Precautions and safety measures

1.Everyone must wear a face mask While at the event ( note: a cosplay mask dose not count. you must wear a face mask protective covering as well. ) No exceptions. even if you have had your covid shots you must still wear a mask to enter event.  Not following the rules will lead to security escorting you out the door with no refund.

 

2.All vendors and attendees must sign covid release form and provide I.D. to confirm name. No exceptions.

 

3.All staff will be covid tested before event. No exceptions.

 

4.All booths and artist alley tables will be spaced 6 feet apart.

 

5.Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be on hand.

 

6.Temperature checks for all before entering event. No exceptions.

7. All bags will be subject to security check before entering event. No exceptions.

 

8. Cosplayers note: no BB-guns or harmful weapons of any kind allowed they will be confiscated or you will be asked to return them home.

9.Swords and or knives must be plastic or foam... you can not enter with a harmful weapon.

 

10. Sexual Harassment: "Don't be a creep"-Robocop, please be respectful to your fellow attendees. if complaints are made said harasser will be asked to leave with out refund.

11. Costumes: please keep costumes to a PG rating this is a family event. not the beach. extremely 

reveling costumed individuals not following the above rules will be asked to leave with no refund.

 

All precautions and safety measures will be enforced guests that are not willing to follow the safety rules will be asked to leave with No refund.  LET'S STAY SAFE AND HAVE FUN!!!!
